Fitness and Performance Package

30 days of 1-1 Personal Training, 1-1 Coaching and 1-1 Body work/Soft tissue Session.


Service Description

This is a fitness and performance package intended for those who are injury free or in the return to sport phase of a previous injury, and want a comprehensive and skilled approach to fitness and performance with a skilled and licensed physical therapist and personal trainer who will help you navigate your goals! This package will give the client an opportunity to optimize their performance with 1-1 personal training, 1-1 coaching, and 1-1 body work sessions. -> Each week we will have: *(3) 1-1 60 training sessions *(2) 1-1 45 minute coaching sessions(zoom, phone, or in person) *(2) 1-1 45 minute body work session. I will design training sessions based your goals & needs, will proved coaching support in the form of nutritional eduction, time management support, provide active listening to help you meet your goals. I will also proved supportive body work to minimize soreness and prevent injury. I am in your pocket for the next 4 weeks.
